What an amazing year it has been. It's hard to believe that 2022 is drawing to a close!

Our winter season is back in full swing, and we've been happily greeting our friends, clients and neighbors as they return from the north to spend time here in La Paz. Of course, more and more of you are choosing to make La Paz your full-time home, and who could blame you? La Paz is just a wonderful place to live.

This year, we welcomed two new agents to our team: Ian Wilson and Chanel Graham. Both are off to a great start, and have been busy taking clients on home tours and listing homes for sale. They are both wonderful agents who are knowledgeable about the real estate market and passionate about helping our clients find their dream homes here in Baja. And, spoiler alert, we are in the process of adding a third agent to our team as well! We are excited to have them on board and look forward to continuing to meet new friends and help our clients in 2023.

The annual FANLAP Charity Golf Tournament is back! Baja Life Realty is proud to be a sponsor of this year's tournament, which benefits FANLAP, (Fundación Ayuda Niños La Paz, A.C.), a nonprofit organization that helps local La Paz children realize their dreams through education. The tournament will be held at Paraiso del Mar Golf Club on the El Mogote peninsula on February 25th, 2023. Entry fee is $2,200MX/$110USD per player, with teams of 2 players each. The format is a 2-person scramble, so call your golf buddy and sign up now, because space is limited! Be sure to bring some extra pesos to the event: players will have the opportunity to buy mulligans, and there will be a raffle, silent auction, and prizes for winners of contests including Best Score, Straightest Drive, Hole in One, Closest to the Pin and more.

Ways to Help:

Play: Sign up to play in the tournament. Entry fee is $2,200MX/$110USD.

Sponsor: There are opportunities to sponsor golf holes, to sponsor/provide breakfast, sponsor lunch (provided by Vrentino), contests, and more. You can also donate prizes.

Volunteer: We need volunteers to help set up, organize the players, hand out prizes, monitor the contests, and more.

Donate: it costs $350 USD to send one child to school for one year. You can make donations directly to FANLAP on their web site.
